House for lease in Hampton

Hello All,

My girlfriend and I are moving forward with a house purchase and will therefore have to break our lease.

We have a very spacious, modern and well appointed 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom, 2 car and security storage Townhouse with nice garden area to the front and courtyard to the back on Holyrood St in Hampton.

30 Seconds walk to the restaurants and shops on Hampton St. A couple of minutes walk to the end of the street to the beach and five minutes to the station.

If we could afford to buy it we would do!

We will be looking to move out early July and are paying $750 per week.

May sound a lot but you would struggle to find a better location and if like us you prefer a more modern house then this is perfect and in immaculate condition.

If anybody would like any photo's or to view then please PM me.

Thanks,
Mark.

By the sounds of it, it's also very close the excellent Hampton Primary School where our boys go. Rent also seems about average for the area. It's a great area and a nice community, sounds like a good deal!

Hi,

the school that you mention is again all of about a 30 second walk.

We don't have kids so thanks for pointing out that other plus point!

Cheers,
Mark.

Hampton itself is a plus point. It's a great area to live and the Hampton St shops are great, plus you're within 10 mins drive of Southlands mall.

Hi there

Congrats on finding a place to buy!

Hope you find someone to take it over soon, would love it - right house, right location just out of our budget!

Hello,

had a couple of delays in sorting out the contract on the house we are buying so pictures are eventually here.

The house is available for occupancy with five weeks notice.

Our lease is up at the end of November so I need to check whether when somebody taking over the lease would mean they are able to take it on for this short term or if wanted whether the owner would prefer a 12 month contract.

Thanks,
Mark
