She is thinking about renting it out to newly arrived Britvicers or people on a reccie as short term home from home accomodation. She has asked me to put this post on here, not for advertising, but initially to seek expressions of interest. Her property is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse in a gated complex with a swimming pool and gym. It has a private courtyard garden, single garage, fully furnished, spa bath, wooden floors, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite benchtops, internet access etc etc. Basically it is a fully equipped home. It is close to nearby shops and restaurant and 2 minutes drive to freeway. At this stage she is not sure what the minimum stay would be, the weekly rental would be approx $800pw which is considerably less than a hotel room and less than a serviced apt in Narre Warren on the main road. Anyway let me know what you all think re the demand for this kind of accomodation in Berwick. Tracy
