Hi there

We used Concept Australia who were excellent. Managed to get us in so they must be miracle workers!!!! Seriously, they won't take you on unless they are sure they can get you a visa.

Hi
We are also using The Emigration Group and they have been excellent as we have not been the most straight forward clients. But as John say's they are expensive but you get what you pay for so be careful going for cheap options.
Good luck with everything and if you need any help just ask away.

Why not look for Alan at Gomatilda?

He is also a poster on this site and has a very good reputation.

A phenomenon
We used Go Matilda and i would say they are middle of the road cost wise. I can't fault them and have no complaints only praise!!!
Allan Collet heads the company and they have offices in Aus and the UK and also won't put anything forward if they thought it could fail. If you google gomatilda all their details are on their website.
Good luck

I used Global Visas in London. The agent who did the running around for me was Polly and was good at her job.

George Lombard has just got us our employer nomination for onshore RSMS after we were previously refused TWICE!!! He is my HERO and worth every cent we paid him and his wonderful staff.

dont use global visas been trying to get our £300 back for the last three months i have since found out that this is common and there are alot of people who have been misinformed and led to believe that they can get a visa they take your money then phone you once your payment has gone through to tell you that you was not given the correct advise and are entitled to your money back but getting it back is another story be worned

We used Ian Harrop in Burford (Gloucestershire) too. We were a straightforward visa application but OH's professional quals were quite complicated so we ended up doing most of the leg work to be honest. They were good though when we needed them, so if you are local to them, then they are worth getting in touch with.

Well arent you clever, not all Visa applications are straight forward so i would say that is a plus for using a Agent.

We used Ian Harrop for our initial Visa to get to Aus and are now using Alan Collette from Go Matilda for our P.R VISA.

Everyone's situation is different. Ours should have been very simple in theory - "significant other" visa for an Australian citizen - but Amanda's citizenship is by descent rather than birth and her form seemed to assume that she was or had been an Australian resident, which she never was. Turned out they didn't care about the dual nationality/descent thing and the UK rather than Oz residency was almost as easy (can't even remember what the agent did about that now) but given the investment in time and money in the visa application we thought it worth spending the extra hiring an agent. Wasn't cheap, but I don't regret it.

Not really clever, very dyslexic actually and wasn't trying to be clever and was just asking a question :mah:

Ours wasn't straight forward especially as they changed the goal posts 1/2 way through anyway....But the CO gets in touch if they need anything and you just give them the info. As I said if you have the points .......

We just had our visa approved last week. We used John Adams at immigration2oz.com. Very reliable and quick at getting back to you with the answers to all questions. We were originally told that it will take up to 12 weeks to come back. That was due to Australia House thou, we got it back in 7. We were recomended him by another family member who made to move 4 years ago. He was worth every penny.
Good luck let us know how you get on

That seems long for a partner visa though I suppose it depends on when you start counting. If it was from when I applied for the PNC check and booked X-ray and medical it was probably a couple of months to get the visa. If you count from when the forms left to go to the High Commission it was two or three days. Probably a lot of luck with how much the visa people at the HC have on their desks at the time as well.
