Remember V and the Freddie Kreuger bloke in the dodgy sunglasses and red uniform? Well..... Ooooo, we both really liked the miniseries when we were kids (apart from the unintentionally hilarious ending and the daft human alien hybrid subplot). And having very belatedly started getting into the Galactica remake, which is miles better than I expected, I reckon V is worthy of the same treatment. Hope it lives up to expectations. Ooooooh indeed . I seem to remember the original mini series being pretty good until the piss poor ending. So no 80's big hair, funny robotic speech, and red unifroms this time round ? Was never really into Battlestar Galactica..but I am looking forward to the new Stragate Universe series...Its going to have Robert Carlyle in it, who I think is always very good |

Will check it out tonight after the golf day :mate: Just going off topic ( but staying with science fiction ), I was dismayed to see that Terminator Salvation is getting hammered in its reviews.
