Hi fellow Britvics,

We are moving to Mount Martha from Burwood at the end of November. Just wondered if anyone has a good family doctor they could recommend?

I have lots of other questions to ask but I think I might leave them till we are there lol.

Thanks in advance...

Hello!

Welcome to our area! I'm in Mornington but lived in Mt Martha last year.

I'm sure some of the others in the area can recommend a good doctor - touch wood/fingers crossed etc I've only had to go the once and he was a funny old stick but that was Your Family Doctor on the Nepean in Mornington but they bulk bill.

There is another practice down in Mt Martha village and also one at Bentons Square.

If you've got any further questions about the area then ask away!

Thanks Kim. We were down a few weeks ago and my back was sore so I had a remedial massage at 'Physical Freedom' which is near the kids clothing shop near the esplanade. The lady there told me that the doctors opposite was full and not taking new patients.

I'm don't mind driving a bit further as my girls are only 4 & 6, and my oldest is a bit funny about them as a doctor I took her to wasnt very nice when she split her heel open, and she has never forgotten about it. So I wouldn't mind getting one that was a bit more friendlier to kids

Hi

I know it is a little bit further away, but we use the Tea Tree surgery in Mount Eliza and find them very good.
