Hello, Just wondering if anyone is around for a meeting of the Book Club as kids will be back at school on Monday. Can do Monday 1st Feb or Monday 8th Feb if anyone is around for a big slice of cake! Gill X :flower: |

Nice to see everyone today! The next meet is on the 22nd March but we are going to look for a new venue. As nice as the cakes are at Moods the service has been pretty dire recently and we nearly all starved today! If anyone has any suggestions for a new cafe with good coffee and cake in or around Berwick then let us know! This is your mission .......go forth and test cake! KK |

Hey Kim, Don't try Pioneer Park then - you will die of dehydration and starvation in there! Several times have sat outside and waited and waited and after reading the paper have got up and left! There is a very nice friendly cafe called Expresso2go in Beaconsfield but it is only small and I don't think it would accommodate all us book clubbers! Will have to test a few others .... any excuse!
