We arrived here in October and we bought our lappy with us. We bought all of our Broadband modem with us and were told by Telstra here we couldnt use it. We signed up with Telstra on a 24 month plan and didnt have to pay for the modem or connection up front.... Hels |

True if your house is recent enough (not sure how recent). Older houses have something uniquely (?) Australian, but getting an RJ11-to-old-socket adapter should be easy enough. |
