After a couple of very stressful months we accepted anoffer on our house today - a bit lower than we wanted but we should exhange in 3 weeks and move in 6 so couldn't ask for more. Am now totally sozzled and chilled out and really excited that i can book the shippers and flights - yipee!!! Sorry about typing errors, can't really see the screen!! Our buyer pulled out on the day of exchange of contracts and really p***ed on our bonfire. We have sold again straight away STC but I can't get excited until the money's in the bank.. :unsure: I hope all your plans go tickety boo :huh:
