I have a 2 bedroom recently renovated unit for lease in Chelsea, 3 min walk to train and shops and 5 min(200 metres) walk to lovely beach. It is in a block of 3 units and has a small courtyard. It is in a great location and handy to both the freeway and the highway. It is available for renting out, ideally >6months, and can be either furnished or unfurnished if you desire.
