I seek a business partner for a recently launched "British Style" fish and chip shop/cafe business. It is early days, so the outlay is not great. The shop is based on the British caf', and is a lot of fun ( oh yes, a bit of hard work as well) I am looking for somebody that may have a business background, but doesn't mind a bit of "hands on" in the early days. I propose to start another shop in the east/south east of Melbourne, to be run by the new partner. I will train the new partner in all facets of making good fish and chips. I have a strong belief in fresh, chemical free food that is not, or hasn't been frozen or preserved.

Eventually, the business will expand interstate and offshore. The business model is something between Harry Ramsdens and McDonalds, but high quality food instead of ....

Please email Vic at vicz@dodo.com.au initially or pop into the shop at 30 Stud Road, Dandenong, Ph (03) 9794 6451 between 12 - 8pm

Cheers

Vic
